This is one of many who have been denied paorle, even after they completed all programs required, stayed out of trouble and complied 100%. I'd like to know the reasons Olivia Craven and her staff give for keeping these men in prison YEARS after they are eligible. So far there has been no viable explanation. The only thing I can figure is that incarceration is a MAJOR money maker for all involved which includes Idaho's Dept of Probation and Parole.
